Nani Bear-Cat’s dad is a bear and her mom is a cat… but that’s not the only thing that makes her awesome!

She’s also a diva when she sings, a rocket on the soccer field, a chef in the kitchen, and a real good secret keeper too! But is she a bear or a cat? And the answer is… BOTH! Sometimes she’s more bear, sometimes she’s more cat, but what’s most important is that her family and friends love her and she is proud to be Nani!

Nani Bear-Cat is the first in a series concerned with cultural identity and self-esteem. In the works are: Benny the Cat (who doesn’t speak cat, he speaks duck), JoJo Bunny (who plays sports in a dress), and Jarvis the Really Shy Bear.
